After completing his education at the Cockrell School of Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin, Jordan found himself in West Texas practicing as a Petroleum Engineer. During his first month of employment, he developed systems that cut his work week down from 60 hours per week to four hours per month. It didn’t take long for him to realize that the traditional employment route, although lucrative in his field, was not his calling. He walked away from his traditional engineering career to pursue a business venture in the energy space, where he again worked to develop systems around his business.

After meeting Jordan, Vanessa graduated with a business degree and began her entrepreneurial journey. Jordan quickly discovered her talent in design and finance and married it with his love of business systems. Together with skill sets in different spaces, the couple (now married) set out to help others develop intelligent systems inside of their businesses.

The model they established succeeded profitably right out of the gate. Helping companies remove bottlenecks in their business and soar beyond their previous revenues using unique infrastructure builds and offer frameworks remains the core of their business model.

When Jordan was asked at a family gathering, “What are you doing now? Aren’t you an engineer?” He replied simply, “Yes. I’m a Company Engineer.” The name stuck.
